Norah joined the team as an expert of global magnetosphere modelling with application to space weather. In October, she participated in the first meeting, which took place at the WMO headquarters in Geneva. There, she gave a review of the state-of-the-art global magnetosphere models with focus on their potential application to space weather.

Norah enjoyed meeting the other team members and exchanging ideas. Now she is looking forward to the work that lies ahead of them in safeguarding our society against harmful space weather effects.
